Procedures/testing Details
QC procedure starts from testing raw materials/components. Defective materials or components will be eliminated before flowing into production. Quality control procedures as following:
·1.Choose raw material and spare parts from reliable suppliers.
·2.All raw material and components must be inspected before production.
·3. Testing during each stage of production.
·4. Finished products must be strictly tested according to standards.
·5.A final inspection is done after packing and before delivery.
